2. A reservation is confirmed only after you receive a booking confirmation email or reference number.
3. Guests must present a valid National ID, Passport, or Driving License during check-in.
4. The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in if valid identification is not provided.

3. Rates & Payment

1. All room rates are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.
2. Applicable taxes and service charges will be displayed during the booking process.
3. Payment may be collected during booking or upon arrival depending on the selected rate.
4. Payments made through third-party payment providers are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
5. Hotel Tropical Daisy reserves the right to change rates and promotions without prior notice.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation terms depend on the selected rate plan.

1. Free cancellation is available only where specified.
2. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges up to the full reservation amount.
3. Refund processing times depend on your payment provider and banking institution.

The hotel may cancel reservations due to:

1. Pricing or system errors
2. Fraudulent activity
3. Force majeure events
4. Violation of hotel policies

5. Check-in & Check-out

1. Check-in: 1:00 PM
2. Check-out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guests must complete all registration formalities upon arrival.

6. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

1. Maintain respectful conduct during their stay.
2. Follow hotel rules and local laws.
3. Avoid illegal, disruptive, or unsafe activities.
4. Be responsible for any damage caused to hotel property.

Hotel Tropical Daisy reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest whose conduct violates hotel policies.
